I’ve been trying to get him to come to a convention with me and my mother for over a year now, and he won’t come with us!!! But I took him to a multiverse in August, and he realized that everyone is just as geeky as he is, and he doesn’t have to love the steampunk aesthetic to get along with everyone. And then I asked if he’d be Maurice because I have a Belle costume and he said maybe, but now I really think he’s leaning toward doing it!!!!
I know I’m a grown up and stuff, but I have always been Belle, so it’d be really exciting for me to have a grown up father/daughter cosplay with him. :-D
My absolute favorite store in all of WDW. It is the best.

I JUST FOUND MY FUTURE HUSBAND. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. MY TWO FAVORITE THINGS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. COMBINED. I. LOVE. THIS. MAN. SERIOUSLY. I AM FREAKING OUT. I CAN NOT HANDLE HOW AMAZING THIS IS.
Some beautiful mosaics that the Disney Parks Blog showed us! These will be featured in The Beauty and the Beast Realm of the expansion!!!!
AMAZING. I CAN’T EVEN HANDLE THIS.
I swear, today will be Tony’s appreciation day, and then I’m done.
I would just like to say that I am incredibly happy that a small, low budget Irish film turned intimate musical was able to beat out a Disney production. It’s like revenge for the fact that The Lion King won over Ragtime in ‘97. I’m so proud of Once for being beautiful and honest, and I’m so happy the Tony voters were able to look past the money they would make to see it.
Also, Audra McDonald is my absolute favorite person in the entire world and her family is so gorgeous and adorable and I wish her and Will would adopt me.
Also, also, I’m so glad that Hugh Jackman was honored for his work with BC/EFA. He really cares so much about the theater and the larger community goals. It makes me really happy to say that I volunteer in the same organization as Hugh Jackman and even though I usually don’t get more than one or two hundred dollars in my bucket when I volunteer, and he got two million, we’re fighting for the same cause.
“I hate how they market Rapunzel as blonde, even for her wedding doll. I hate when Disney only portrays the characters as they were for part/most of the movie, but not at the end which is how they should be remembered.”
One word, people:
Not. A. Fairy tale. But it’s in OUaT, so we really don’t know WHAT is fair game.
Also it’s ABC and they have the rights to Disney. Actually Mulan is based on a fairy tale. The Disney cartoon movie is based on The Ballad of Mulan.
